By creating a ForThought account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
ForThought is a relationship management tool that helps you stay proactively connected with the people who matter to you. It surfaces birthdays, milestones, and follow-up reminders, and lets you send cards, flowers, and messages through connected services.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to use ForThought. You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
You own your data. We store it securely and use it only to operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
ForThought connects to third-party services (Handwrytten, FloristOne, Anthropic, etc.) to fulfill actions you request. Those services have their own terms you agree to when using them through ForThought.
We aim to keep ForThought available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features with reasonable notice.
ForThought is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including issues with third-party integrations.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@forthought.ai. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We'll notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of ForThought after changes means you accept the updated terms.
